Vodafone ARGO Logo and App design
What is ARGO and what is it's purpose
ARGO app is a CRM application aiming to provide simple and responsive UI for tablets and mobile phones. The target audience is Vodafone sales representatives.
ARGO is working on top of Oracle Siebel CRM which is very complex and not a mobile-friendly application. The challenge was to optimize the whole process of gathering data and then editing it via one software platform in order to avoid data loss and simplify the workflow.

Personas
Involving data for our stakeholders we set up two user personas. We referred to them throughout the initial product design process:
 - Vodafone representatives are young active people.
 - They are students, working part-time.
 - They are technology savvy.
 - Their pain points are that they have to wear lots of documents with them, to search in a big list of addresses on a paper, to use complex CRM which is not mobile and user friendly.

User Journey
I mapped out the users’ steps to see how I could simplify their journey to help them reach their most important goals with the product.
Every day they receive printed Excell sheets including data such as addresses and service information of Vodafone clients in one area.
They have to go to the addresses from this sheet and reactivate services or activate new ones. In order to do this, they need to use a navigation app and enter the address by typing it.
When they get to the address they speak with the customer and eventually sign a paper contract. Once they finish with the lists of customers for the day they have to get home and enter the new data for the contracts and services in Elias CRM.
This was outdated and open to errors process since it involved a lot of paper documents and double data entry by the representatives.

User Flow
These are the first steps that I imagined the user will perform while trying to find an address from a daily list of activites.
Sketches
I usually start the design process with low fidelity wireframes. This is the way I iterate through many design options quickly.
The main purpose of my sketches is brainstorming
I made several versions of my sketches trying to figure out different types of navigation and position of screen elements
In general, I thought that there should be tabs in sub-navigation which has to be always visible to the user
The dashboard shows different Activities, Workflows, Notifications, and Appointments which the user has on his agenda today.

Paper Prototype
The paper prototype was a prerequisite of Usability Testing done by Proto.io and Validately (now UserZoom)
Wireframes
After this, I created wireframes with more fidelity in order to set the elements in place. Wireframes have gone through multiple iterations until the final version was approved by the client.
These wireframes were made by Adobe XD and shared with the stakeholders via XD integrated prototype link.

UI Design
Once I finished working on the wireframes I designed a high-fidelity prototype again in Adobe XD. In general, the design is really simple and lightweight since it's oriented not only for desktops but for tablets and smaller devices too.
I have done the graphic design of the logo of the app.
I hope that this app will greatly simplify its user's work removing the need for papers like address lists, contracts, etc.
I prepared a Design System as the direction of the look and feel of the app. Argo Design system follows Vodafone style guides and is an addition to the Source DSM.
