Should we stay or should we go?

The United Kingdom's advisory referendum vote to leave the European Union has raised many questions. Britain and its political class are divided. The possibility of a no-deal Brexit remains alive and the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, is committed to leaving the EU.
In 1803 the British printer William Holland published a satirical print named «Britannia weighing the Fate of Europe» where Britannia, the female personification of the British Isles, holds a scale in which a tiny figure of Napoleon is outweighed by John Bull.
I took inspiration from this scene and designed a poster to focus the attention on the UK's political situation. The scene is summed up with a reinterpretation of a song by the English punk rock band The Clash: «Should I stay or should I go».
