The Brief
You are to produce two book cover designs. The cover designs should show consideration of layout, and each one must include an illustrated image that is your own. This image can be in any size or scale within the cover design. It can be made in any media, providing it consists of some form of illustration.
The Result
For this design I wanted to stay away from the generics of the title of the book while still capturing the emotion and hardship that is portrayed in the story line. The though of aluminum sheeting came in with thoughts of sleeping in a tent and being cold and scratched up from fighting to survive.
