The Brief
You are to produce two book cover designs. The cover designs should show consideration of layout, and each one must include an illustrated image that is your own. This image can be in any size or scale within the cover design. It can be made in any media, providing it consists of some form of illustration.
 
The Result
This design was a interesting one to work around. After finishing many hours of research I had found that nearly all designs were aimed at children, so I decided to aim it a little more at adults.

 

The process of this design was lengthy and it entailed many variations along the way, at first I was hesitant about using hand drawn animals, but once I had them in the design I felt they looked quite tidy and professional so I worked with them.
