PUNJABI + NORDIC WEDDING INVITATIONS
The visual concept was drawn from a combination of Brieann’s Norwegian heritage and Charet’s Punjabi background. The eight-pointed star (a universal symbol in it’s own right) can be found in both Norwegian Selburose knitting and Punjabi phulkari textiles, which became the shared visual motif for their
multi-cultural wedding.

Special attention to detail was given to each card ( for the 5 different events) that reflected the essence of the corresponding event. The laser-cut cards can be stacked together to create visual contrast and depth within the monogram motif. Each card reveals a slightly different motif, the sum of the parts creating the whole.
