Yes, we did all the construction in 5 days.

The owner of the restaurant asked us to refresh his place, make it contemporary and fancy. The restaurant is located in the heart of Budapest, in the neighbourhood of Basilic, Gresham palace, Chain-Bridge.

The restaurant was opened since 18 months, but it did not generate success and revenue to the owners, so they decided to step forward. Even Though they spent a lot on it, they knew if they want to have a successful restaurant they have to hire a team, who is able to match the chef's kitchen, the customer needs, the functionality and the elegance of the location.

When we first got to the restaurant, realized that even the entrance was on a wrong place, what means the customer doesn't feel comfortable to enter; the check out point was on a wrong place, that means the staff had to run three times more per day, than for example Tokio Budapest (which is also our project). This is how we started to analyse the operation of the restaurant, and then we analyse the customer mix and compared to what the owners wants to approach.

During the design process, we made small but major changes in the restaurant.

We changed the furniture, lighting, some finishes and we changed the layout of the restaurant. This what fit into 5 days of construction.

First what you can see the colors. The chef Attila Bicsár is a well known, professionally successful chef, who is focusing on the side dish. The colors of the design is coming from the chef's side dish and basic materials. The tabletops are made of marble with a special treatment, and an 8cm thick oak wood peace.

The interior design is telling the same story what the food and the chef is saying.
