Concept Application for Coolshop
Coolshop is an e-commerce store based in Aalborg, Denmark and this project was a concept for a mobile application, in order to enhance their users’ mobile experience.
The application focuses on engaging the users to feel valued and creating returning customers. It helps the user save their shopping time, enhances this experience and opens the doors for community creation. It also delivers personalised and relevant to the user content, as well as a fully functioning and improved loyalty program experience.
The application also serves as a strengthening block for Coolshop’s core values for great service and information, as well as increasing the customer loyalty in the long run.
Application focuses on delivering relevant to the user product information, expands on the social features as sharing and collaborating on your wishlists, and presents a fully functioning and improved loyalty program experience.
