Joy of moving is an international Kinder and Ferrero Group Social Responsibility Project created to bring the joy of movement into the life of every child. It organizes and supports physical education programs, promotes student championships and sports events for children, provides schools with technical equipment to involve children in sports, cooperates with athletes and former champions and supports research projects aimed at increasing awareness of the benefits of an active lifestyle.
The city of Poços de Caldas (Minas Gerais) was the first outside Europe to host a Joy of Moving event and apply the teaching method developed. The project involved all the Kindergartens (Centros de Educação Infantil – CEI) and Primary Schools (Escolas Municipais – EM) of the municipal educational system.
