Enric Corbera Institute - Site Redesign

CHALLENGE

Enric Corbera Institute is the most relevant wellness institution in hispanic markets. They were looking to redesign their content-heavy website to transform it into a platform to conduct their main business.

SOLUTION

After a deep dive into user and industry research, the design process ended up with a two-sided website:

• An external side focused on e-commerce (for their courses and events) and free content promotion.

• An internal side, a platform for e-learning and media consumption.

The new sitemap reduced friction in the sales funnels (from seven to three steps) and in overall navigation (26% improvement, measured in the total amount of pages).

Users and Business Research

The research phase included several stakeholder interviews and two full-day workshops with the CEO of the company to create a Lean Business Canvas that allowed us to understand what was the best way of creating a digital structure that supported their business.

We also interviewed several users both individually and in groups, which ended up feeding our design process through the user persona’s technique.
Sitemap and Design System Creation

We conducted a UX audit to understand the complexity and deepness of the current platform in full.

This sitemap was reorganized and de-cluttered to allow straightforward navigation from the user’s point of view.

The final deliverable included a fully-fledged design system ready for UI tweaking for branding assimilation.
Storefront - Main pages

The project included the design of the landing page, a blog and all of their derivatives.
Ecommerce Sales Funnel

The courses and events sales process was greatly improved, allowing users to purchase without having to sign up for an account and reducing the number of steps to purchase from 7 to 3.
ECI Community

We created a learning community that allows users to consume free and premium educational content and participate actively in the discussions.

This responded to the goal of piggybacking on the tens of millions of views on Youtube that their free content has.
Conversion-Oriented Calendar

This unique UX pattern is a bespoke solution for the need of selling multi-day events and courses all over the world.

We used cutting-edge design toggle buttons for allowing streamlined filtering adapted to what we’ve learned from users.

The Conversion-oriented calendar allows the discovery, comparison, and purchases in-place, without having to leave the screen.
Video Deliverables

The final deliverable included several online video presentations for each screen, to allow the company developers and marketers to have a permanent reference of the platform design.
