The book is a collection of articles submitted by distinguished Polish social scientists working at leading universities all over the world. It offers an overview of global phenomena and trends that in the authors’ view are of special significance for and in Poland. Almanac was published during the first Concilium Civitas symposium.

Grid is based on 12×12 division and then modified according to the main text column and leading. The book was ordered as regular softcover, so we left the inner margin very big. Footnotes are important part of the text and placed parallel to the main column, after a vertical line. They spread into the additional margin and force the main column to wrap.
