This is the inside of one of the cards: Kissing under the mistletoe.
Every card has a different message according to the illustration on the front of the card. On this card the cracker opens up to say: 'Good luck comes to those who don't deny a kiss under the mistletoe'. The cracker can be seen as a fortune cookie, a way to receive good luck by reading and acting upon the little note.
