The project provides for the construction of two separate storage buildings located in
the central zone of the plot. Storage 1 (building area 7495 m2) is planned to be arranged
as A-class, with a height of 12.0 m to the bottom of the supporting structures; with two
mezzanine levels (first one is for small goods storage, the second one is for offices and
locker rooms) and an attached three-level administrative building. Storage 2 (development
area of 2786 m2) is planned as B + class, 10.0 m high and one mezzanine level.

Storage is a frame building with an area of 48 x 145 m. A deformation joint divides
the building into two parts, each joint is 72 m long. Main vertical supporting elements of the
frame are prefabricated reinforced concrete columns (12x24 m columns grid) with metal
pillars in the upper part. Metal roof consists of rafter metal trusses 24 m long, supported
with 12 m long rafter metal beams. Along the top chord of trusses the purlins (U-beams)
with a length of 6 m and 2.4m spacing are designed.
