Manifesto Anti-Dantas + Manifesto of Futurism
Editorial project exploring the connection between two manifestos that introduced the futuristic movement in Portugal and Europe, “Manifesto Anti-Dantas” by Almada Negreiros and “Manifesto of Futurism” by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti.
The publication was developed in a single object, a tête-bêche, where in each cover starts one of the manifestos, containing a biography of the writer, present in a smaller book. It was made a selection of analog photographs taken by me that refer to movement, progress, industry, machine, also images of trains and stations, which symbolize velocity.
A visual poetry was therefore created by the relation of the photographs to the text.
