This one was a challenge to do but I really like the way it turned out. I actually looked at a dozen or more vein diagrams and sort of mixed and matched the patterns until I got what worked for me. So it's about 75% anatomically correct. The apple was originally going to be just a red one but I much prefer this fuji style version. 

The theme of this is that the things we covet slowly kill us over time. They overwrite what is natural to us. It's the price we pay for the love we freely give to the things that can't love us back.
