It is accidental
(Khmer Proverb: Don’t trust the sky, Don’t trust the stars, if it is fun, don’t ride a horse releasing your hands.)

It is accidental, isn’t it? I and my wife have spent 2 years to know each other before we have decided to get married. August 18, 2018 we got married and we have enjoyed with our marriage life together. We have had a lot plans together such as, having our own business, house and kids together in a particular date.
1 month after we got married, we have talked about the plan of having kids together. It is normal for the newlywed talking about the plan of having babies. We have agreed that we wanted to have a kid after 2 years so that we could have fresh intimate first 2 years together to enjoy our marriage life. Therefore, my wife has chosen contraception pill.  In fact, she has taken those pills even a month before we got married. After taking those pills, her emotion started changing eventually. Because of her negative emotional changes, she told me that she wanted to stop taking those pills and chose another way of contraception.
One night in February 2019, I and my wife wanted to make love so I have grabbed a condom to used it. For me, using that one condom was my first experience so it was kind of weird feeling. Both of us really enjoyed our time together that night. Right after we enjoyed our time together, my wife realized that the condom was torn. She told me. Immediately, I checked it and saw it was torn. In that moment, both our feeling was shock but I told my wife that it going to be okay. A few weeks later, my wife was still unsure about it so she checked her urine. The result was normal. Both of us were a bit relieved. My wife still wanted to check again so we bought pregnancy test stick. We tested it and waited to see the result together. There were 2 stripes on the pregnancy test stick. My heart was almost pop out. Both of us were both shock and excited. It was hard to describe. It just happened before our first plan.
“It is accidental.” is our real story. It happened because we didn’t know exactly how to use modern way of contraception. Plastics really affect our life nowadays even in sex area. Using condoms helps people not to have babies and protect them from any sexual transmitted diseases. In what extant, can all of us reduce using plastics?
