So-Answer!

And in a split second, the ordinary becomes a reunion.
And in a split second, the God of the universe comes close.

The concept comes from a very personal place of finding divinity in the ordinary.
There are answers and peace to be found in the mundane and it usually looks like the common area, the bedroom, the bus-stop, or even the bathroom. In those moments, the questions, grief, and doubt that are depicted in void, average spaces suddenly gets interrupted by life and hope depicted in creation itself.
Emmanuel, God with us.

Music: Kings Kaleidoscope - A Prayer
There's a safe place for everybody that is sacred, personal and quiet. It usually looks like the ordinary, but it's a place where all seasons congregate;
whether it looks like feet on a mountain peak,
or feet sinking into quicksand,
or in need of just a sitting down.
It's that split second of thankfulness, lament, doubt, rest, desperation, celebration;
that the Almighty El Roi, the God who sees,
becomes our Emmanuel, God with us.
In that split second of a mindset shift, the ordinary becomes a reunion.
In that split second of becoming aware, the God of Creation comes close.
This is for the ones who want to leave the house, who has left the house, or who has a passing thought of coming home.
This is for the ones on their knees in their bedrooms— weeping,
for the ones looking up to nothing in their living rooms— waiting,
for the ones at the bus stops— sighing,
for the spaced out ones at their dinner table because of an empty chair,
for the one who's trying,
for the one who's losing,
for the one who's testing,
for the one who's expecting,
for the one who's falling.
This is for everybody.
For you.
For me.
For us.
Because Jesus died for everybody.
