The story of GANT
The story of Gant began in 1907 with a boy named Bernard Gantmacher who dreamed of a better life and crossed the Atlantic in search of a new beginning. To celebrate their 70th anniversary we had the honor of creating this piece showing Bernard and his wife Rebeccas journey.
Gant is known as the brand that brought the button-down shirts to the masses and their success was built on unprecedented use of colors and fabric. They were also the ones that introduced the button tab and the locker loop to the back of its shirts. Today they offers menswear, womenswear, children clothing and home products with over 550 stores all over the world.
