THE GREAT GATSBY
The Classic Reboot, Mini Publication
A novel written by F. Scott Fitzgerald in 1925 depicts a poverty-stricken Jay Gatsby who is the self-driven ambitious boy getting his way to be a successful person. As he falls in love with Daisy, his life questioned him to be rich and royalty to be with her. Unfortunately, Gatsby gets killed by someone and ends up with bad reputation regarding his illegal alcohol business. The narrator, Nick Carraway, who is the only one knows the truth about Gatsby, reveals the aspiration that had led him to do dirty works.

The classic reboot of The Great Gatsby novel aims to deliver the meaning of the story through its production design. The green, yellow and red colours are linking the quotes and objects from the novel as a symbol of love. The paper stock of the publication itself interprets that Gatsby is from basic farm family by the choice of laid cream toned paper. Throughout the books, the paper only cooperated with three colours and black blocks in between the pages as his truth is covered up by the royalties.
