The booklet titled 'Why Amu Needs to Learn to Fight Monsters' was designed to raise awareness and educate parents, care-givers and guardians about child sexual harassment.
(It was part of a larger campaign that I had conceptualised for Amnesty International India as part of my final portfolio project at MICA.)
The booklet is illustrated by hand and then digitally designed, along with a concise but data-heavy copy about child sexual harassment. Below is the first draft of the hand painted illustrations.
