Exhibition Design
The Nature Art Colony of Tolcsva was established in 1999 by visual artist István Stark. In the past twenty years, up to forty artists have resided there, who articulated their relationship to nature through various modes of contemporary artistic expression. The exhibition – with its sculptures, photos, videos and installations – showcases a selection of these works created by the members of the Art Colony. Furthermore, it presents archived materials and reflections, while also offering insight into the collaborations between resident artists.
