Intranet as an HR-instrument for employees’ involvement.
Our task was to create an intranet-portal for more than 4000 employees of the most upmarket store in Moscow and to help those people make their work easier and more transparent on every level. To solve this challenge we had to immerse ourselves in their everyday living and face the problems they deal with.
Each employee wanted to see their sales statistics and performance in real time. The boutique’s income, as well as the income of each employee, depends on these indicators. To make it possible, we developed a page with KPI indicators.
The staff asked us to teach them the system for looking to the future and find out what they are getting ready for dinner. We coped with this task. Now they can find out the menu, as well as the size of the queue. And all this in real time.
