SCHOOL KIDS FURNITURE- Concept

The brief was to make a furniture for kids in 3-5th grade for Indian government school. The furniture is made in one piece using roto-molding. The pieces are placed in rows touching each other. The angle given to the desk becomes the backrest for the child sitting in front. The space given below the seat is to keep bag, extra books etc. It is lightweight for the child to carry. It is made in combination with the storage shelf which will be aligned to the wall. This clears the space in classroom to do other activities.

PICNIC SPOT FURNITURE -Concept

Highlight- combination of different materials. A furniture giving shade just like trees, glass at the base makes it feel like sitting on the grass itself and adjustable backrest. A blend of solid and curve tools.
