The Third Rail Cocktail bar & Grill is a pop-up restaurant situated within a subway car. Below Philadelphia's City Hall is an unused subway tunnel and the perfect location for this pop-up. 

The name 'Third Rail' plays on both the physical structure of the subway tracks and the political meaning. Both are considered dangerous due to the electrical rail of the tracks and the third rail topics that are a danger to one's political career.
