This here is a test animation I've done on my iPad Air using app, Animation Desk. I was tasked to practise key framing and in-betweening, as well as including some principles of animation. I was also given a sheet to follow if I get stuck on what to add. The frame rate is at 12 frames per second which was set like that for reference on speed.

By doing this experience and putting my knowledge of the principles of animation to the test, it has allowed me to expand my techniques and skills on animating in 1s, 2s and 3s and framing in between key frames to create a follow through in each one.
