A Place For Knowledge Sharing

My school was asked by The Danish Public Libraries to come with suggestions to what they should do in the future. The Danish libraries are hopelessly behind in technology and there's been more and more talk in the press recently as to if/why they still are important.

Together with Antropology Students from Copenhagen University we researched and concluded that one of the biggest problems with the danish libraries are their individual differences (each have their own website, app, tools, and looks) and the diversion between physical and digital mediums.

This video is a presentation of our solution based on our observations. Everything in this video is already possible in Denmark. Digital chips have already been implemented in almost all library books in the country! Somebody just have to make use of them.

Awarded as the best solution by the 3 judges.

Thanks to Karen Hammer for doing the speak on such short notice!
