The main goal is to reduce the line at the cash register and to make users feel comfortable by getting their snacks while watching the movie, just like at home.
Avoid stress for other beholders
Orders need to be delivered during the break in order to not to bother other spectators with continuous interruption.
Make management easier for cinema employees
With the development of a partner app that collects the orders and simplifies menu’s management and customer care operations with a built-in chat.
