Brief
To Redesign the Gbemisoke logo and identity. Incorporating the original colour and the 'G' symbol mark
Here are some brand attributes outlined to help me get a direction for the logo and identity design.
My main references for the logo concept came from red flowers especially the sunflower. Which signifies boldness, happiness and dynamisim which are some of the brand attributes. Images - https://www.ftd.com/blog/design/red-flowers
Some sketches and logo attempts. My initial idea was to use a shoe styled mark but realized it wasn't the best approach for a symbol mark
The logo is a combination mark made of 2 strong marks that can stand independently .
Inspiration for the colour swatches were from the flowers. These colours are natuarally synonymous with flowers.
It is a combination mark, made up of bold and strong symbol mark and logo type. They both can be used separately.
