CASE STUDY
GroKool is a next-gen group learning platform that connects learners, coaches, and parents / guardians, expanding the choices for learning and coaching in communities. It empowers users to define personalized learning paths, and choose co-learners and coaches they like and trust. The platform redefines learning by letting enthusiasts pursue activities howsoever they want to - online, in-person or a mix. Either using desktop or mobile devices, learners and coaches can create groups to pursue activities of common interest towards shared goals and objectives.
Challenge

To design a platform that provides users with a systemic way to organically develop and nurture relationship building, diverse thinking, self-expression and leadership skills besides advancing their knowledge and skills in specific areas.
Process

Since, our team and the client were all located at different places, we collaborated with each other remotely, brainstormed with the client, discussed, evaluated and crafted user journeys together over Google Meet, using Adobe XD and Lucidchart

This is a little glimpse into the vast application that we designed. The product is developed and ready to explore. Hundreds of coaches from U.S. excelling in many different domains like sports, arts and academics are already signed up on the platform.
