Pampers; Brand Extension

The brief was to Re-Brand Pampers based on the existing essence of the brand, also focusing on tranferring qualities and values that they believe in, into the new concept. The idea doesn't have to be commercially successful and only has to be a concept, ready to be pitched for final assessment.

Pampers started off as a brand, set up to remove waste produced by children. As the brand developed,
they have become the market leaders by creating innovative ideas, to make themselves more advanced.
We choose to go into camping. We thought that the relationship of being active, being dry and comfortable
all related to camping.
 
The three key words which we took from Pampers that stood out to us the most were:
Dryness
Comfort
Active
 
Below is the range of products created. 
They all have special qualities that relate back to the idea of Pampers being innovative, making sure that they link to the three key words mentioned earlier.
Pampers Camping Logo 
The freely drawn style, relating to the heart on the original Pampers logo.
It also adds an element of playfulness to the brand.
Overview of Products
This shows all of the products we had created for the project.
The range could have been expanded into clothing, or more camping products for example.
But we thought this gives enough of an idea of how these products are unique and how they link to Pampers.

The two posters above, promote the idea of saying that it doesn’t matter what the weather is, because Pampers will be there to make it a good experience. 

"We'll be there rain or shine" was chosen as the slogan, first of all because of the obvious factor that it relates to weather but also the fact that it's usually said as a sign of dedication and being there no matter what. 
Advertising Concept
This advert shows a large landscape with a dark rain cloud approaching. 
This reinforces the phrase we’ll be there rain or shine.
