The Solution:
I created a YouTube advert for Essence cosmetics. My choice of mediums were sewing and embroidery. I created a set using felt and crafted two hand puppets as my actors for my ad. I then shot a scene depicting a doctor in what appears to be an animal testing facility, but when he moves it’s revealed he was just applying makeup to a woman. My concept revolved around humor as it is usually an unexplored facet in feminine advertising
