CONTINENTAL - the story behind our Supercar

« Back in 2015, Continental offered me to design their brand new show car, symbol of their upcoming ambitions and showcase of their latest technologies. They wanted a realistic still spectacular super car that could compete with the most advanced competitors in the automotive industry.
Quite naturally, the Continental values inspired me to define the visual DNA of the car. Classical in terms of package or proportions, the stance of the car enhances their envy of moving forward, almost jumping up into their future while capitalizing on a successfull history.
Visually, the formal treatment highlights the typical German accuracy and perceived quality, still combined with a bit of French élégance.
And even though the design was finalized in 2016, the overall aesthetic still looks fresh. The car has kept its impressive visual presence, and some details were even a bit ahead of their time, here again, translating the advanced vision of Continental. »
