Redesigning the Ola Cabs app
Why i started this project ?
Many ola cab users are facing ui/ux problems, so i decided to slove these problems by redesigning app which is easy and smart to use

Design process
I have taken design thinking approach to slove the problem, where in the first phase I have tried to understand pain points of uses by conducting interviews which helped me clarify my assumption.
The next stage - define helped me to dive deeper into the lives of people by creating their persona.from that i went into the next stage which is ideate.Here i tried solving these problems by creating user flow, after deciding on possible solutions it was time to put them on paper which takes us to last stage that is prototyping, here i tried bringing those ideas to life by making low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes.

Around 41 people participated in online survey and the response cleared tha assumptions that we had about users
