I created a screen-printed poster for my EP release concert! This post will walk through my design and printing process. First, here's the digital mockup and the real thing side by side!

I hand drew the majority of the lettering on Adobe Draw on my iPad.

I brought that file into Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign on my laptop in order to add text and refine the shapes.

I added color in order to decide which color inks and paper I wanted to use. I decided to go with the red and blue since I was loving the carnival look!

I separated the shapes by color and created three transparencies to make the screens for each color.

After printing! I ended up with some splatters due to drippy emulsion, but I don't mind too much. Adds character!
