Starting from the installation Fare-Luce curated by Giovanni Maria Filindeu for Foscarini
in 2017, we decided to redesign the internal and external communication of the space,
also working on a satellite installation, with total respect for the installation itself and its creator. We have therefore tried to elaborate a work that reflects the idea of a journey through space and light and to rediscover light itself in its various forms, crossing
a threshold. An action that is perpetuated in space and time, which does not act on a switch. The threshold, the door, serves to open the imagination to the unknown space,
a dimension perhaps dreamlike, emotional or mnemonic. For the paper communication
it was therefore used the shape of one or more golden rectangles, synthesis of the door, screen-printed uv, which create reflective games according to the environment.
Internal signage and captions are based on composive elements of every single room, acting as extension of the same. The satellite installation consists of a series of backlit panels that replace blind doors and windows distributed in the Brera district, developing the idea of travel and unknown.
