TEDx UCA Farnham Posters
Print Design 2012
An initiative set up by TED, TEDx was created with the spirit of "ideas worth spreading." In 2012, UCA Farnham became the centre for another prestigious series of talks with speakers such as Gary Waterworth-Owen and VV Brown providing insights and inspiration. Myself, Michael Hirst and Stephanie Zaloumis were approached to design posters advertising the event.
With a mixture of speakers and subjects in the mix, for the poster designs we had the simple aim of creating bold, on brand, simple and easy to glance at posters. In creating something where people could understand in seconds who was speaking and what their talk would cover thanks to the split-faced design theme carried throughout, people observed the posters throughout the university and tickets became sold-out within 5 minutes of release.
