ويشارك في هذه النسخة 65 من أكبر المستثمرين بالخارج، إضافة إلى ممثلي الوزارات المعنية ورؤساء كبرى الشركات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني شركاء مصر في التنمية، ورجال الأعمال والمستثمرين وشخصيات رفيعة المستوى من مجال المال والأعمال من المصريين، بهدف دمج دور المستثمرين المصريين بالخارج في جهود التنمية ضمن إطار استراتيجية الحكومة ٢٠٣٠Under the
