Thesis book presented in September 2012 for Bachelor Course in Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Personal research about modern concepts and visions of Design as a whole, addressed to social and human enhancement.
Many topics are discussed and analyzed ( definitions, function and form diatribre, good design, professional and human roles, graphic agitation, social responsibility, advertising and corporations, designer formation and education, pro bono design, tactics and strategies, brands' influences, globalism, sustanibility and professional certifications), in order to define a new designer figure, conscious of the importance and value of the profession, among its rights and possible obligation towards society and people.
