食材大多直接采用国外进口,因此客单价相对较高。 
鲑小鱼面对的主要消费人群为25-40岁的白领女性,她们有着不错的收入和较高的文化水平, 更注重产品品质和消费体验,对价格宽容度较高,追求品质且愿意为自己花钱。
 黑白色的logo彰显高级,风格偏日式。简洁的手绘线条,活泼中带有一丝稳重。 
辅助图形则采用了浓烈、热情的水彩插画形式,用丰富的色彩和肆意的笔触刺激食欲, 与logo相辅相成,一静一动。
 鲑小鱼最初在上海门店推广试点,上线首周在无优惠的情况下,即带来超过400%的下单量。

SALMON is a sub-brand of Super Species, focusing on sushi delivery services and committed to providing a premium experience. Most of the ingredients are imported from abroad.
