The largest producer of bulk varieties of bread, bakery and confectionery products in Omsk and the Omsk Region. ⠀ The bakery shop of the enterprise produces a wide range of bakery products. It produces bread from premium flour, long loafs, small pieces and puff products, pie and puff pastry.

Many of these products are manufactured on high-tech Swiss equipment “RONDO DOGE”, which provides both high stable product quality and an exclusive appearance of the products.

In December 2012, a new, high-tech plant was launched in the village of Magistralny. This is the third production site of the enterprise. ⠀
The plant is equipped with Italian (Mondial Forni), Swedish (Glimek) and German (Wachtel) automated equipment, which allowed OJSC Hlebodar to increase the production of high-quality bakery products, as well as deliver hot bread to Omsk stores, literally directly from the oven. ⠀

The next year, production turns 65 years old.
