Auga Cafe is an exploration into the world of arduino. By taking a rotary dial phones 'dialer' Mechanism and interfacing it into an arduino I was able to create a new function for it. By simply dialing the number of coffess you would like the arduino takes over controlling the rest of the process and making the desired amount of coffees. Utilising the hario V60 coffee dripper has allowed for a simple and beautiful experience opening up the complicated pouring of non espresso coffee to the world. Made using cnc routing and various other techniques the cedar and copper come together in a harmony to produce an also aesthetically pleasing coffee machine.
