Widziadło
/ from Polish 'widzieć' which means 'to see' /
is a bachelor final project - an interactive book using Augmented Reality technology. Basing on quotes from two must-read positions for every graphic designer - Art and visual perception by Rudolf Arnheim and Signs and symbols by Adrian Frutiger - I created a simple and minimalistic book. What I was trying to achieve was to present basic knowledge about composition and visual perception in a more accessible way.
The main concept was to keep the 'notebook' character of the publication - a collection of quotes, notes and simple illustrations enriched with AR technology, which allows the reader to see those illustrations moving on the page.
