The facility boast a revitalising swimming pool, a 24-slot parking lot and beautifully manicured lawns on with breathtakingly views of the surrounding landscape dotted with carefully chosen plants. Our guests can enjoy a relaxing evening beside the poolside as they are pampered by our dedicated staff as they take in the harmonic
compositions of the site.

The main entrance of the complex provides security and intimate to the occupants by shielding them from direct contact with the outside.

From the interior courtyard, we have a traditional themed gazebo, which makes up central element of the zone and can be accessed from the ground floor and is visible from the inner rooms of the upper floors. The rooms are connected by a passageway on the lower floor and a cantilevered walkway

The private balcony provide not only panoramic views to the suits but it also provides direct sunlight. The covering of the balconies are so designed that it controls the angel at which the light enters the suit thus protecting them from the intense, direct heat of the sun.

The main lobby is well light with a direct view of both the inner courtyard and the main entrance. We chose to incorporate soothing tones of blue and grey to adorn the space.

The lobby is totally transparent as it is made up of tinted glass walls which allows the persons within to observe the happenings of the outside yard while preserving their intimacy.

We chose to incorporate various hues of grey, white and black in the décor of the piece. In addition, the theme of transparency is continued in space thus making the space user friendly.
