Design Process
Creating a seamless, modular system that allows for head worn safety equipment to be used conveniently and comfortably.

Facial personal protective equipment  (PPE) is the most fundamental form of PPE one should  be equipped with.
Facial PPE consists mainly of ear, eye and respiratory protection.

The problems arising from wearing the different components of facial PPE together were easily identifiable.
The discomfort affected the users ability to work for prolonged periods of time.

Rapid prototyping
Create low fidelity models to understand the relation between comfort and protection.

Form Exploration
Utilising Digital 3D modeling to create the form, taking into account the semantics of each design.
