CBRE Group, Inc., is an American commercial real estate services and investment firm. In 2018 it was the largest commercial real estate services company in the world.
I worked for CBRE as a graphic designer & marketing assistant for one of the top performing industrial teams out of their Toronto West office. My role was to market the team as well as the properties they sold / leased.
Below you will see the sample of First Meeting Package. As industrial realtors, the agents I worked with had C-suite clients. A first meeting package was my idea for the agents to engage their
clients and treat them to CBRE branded merchandise. The idea was to have the name CBRE always in front of their eyes.
The first meeting package consisted of the following:
A custom designed table calendar, which apart from dates and months, also displayed the CBRE industrial team stats.
A custom designed notebook, A5 size (8.5" x 5.5"), with testimonials on alternate pages - inspiring the user to think about CBRE and our team.
A CBRE Publication - Outlook - which spoke about the year ahead and predictions in the real estate sector across Canada.
An industrial market report - published quarterly by the team talking about the past quarter, available properties/ land for sale/lease, and transactions.
A special book talking about the team, giving profiles of the realtors along with the case studies of their past successful transactions.
A CBRE branded mug.
