Norwich City F.C. Programme cover
I was asked by Patterns of Play to illustrate the cover of Norwich City's match-day programme for the game against Swansea - as part of their 'Portrait of an Icon' project.
When I was asked to illustrate Norwich City legend Ian Culverhouse, I thought of that kit which is so synonymous with Norwich in the early 90’s. I’ve integrated shapes and colours inspired by the kit design within the image as if bursting out from the shirt. I often use geometric backgrounds to add movement and energy to my illustrations.
