The man is considered the only intelligent being on the planet due to the ability to be able to define any term that comes along. The very definition of unfamiliar terms causes a feeling of superiority and supremacy. In a situation when a particular thing or situation can not be defined and mastered a man becomes its slave and tries to get away and escape from it into his/her own or someone else's imaginary world of ideal reality. "Subconscious" is a photography project that shows the range of human phobias. It represents the visual-graphic approach to fears, memories and shocking events buried within our minds and ways of handling, facing and conflicting with them.
