Should the limitation of the ability to see or its complete absence exclude in the sphere of work? In our opinion - no.
We want to give people with visual disabilities a chance to change their perception in society. Show that each of us has some limitations, but in the right conditions they aren't an obstacle to normal functioning. Educate people in the field of labor law for blind and visually impaired people, as well as how to adapt the workplace to such people.
