THE WAYS TO FREEDOM

One day I visited the prison. Just to see and to make some photos.

If you ask me, how it's possible I will answer you: because this prison is not function anymore. Was closed in 2006 year and sometimes is opened for visitors like me.

It was not my first time in such place. Previously I visited officially two units localized in two big cities of my country. However I didn't have any free of movement at this time. Frankly speaking I had absolutely no free of anything and during all the time when I was there, somebody was with me. Making photos? Forget.

Forgiving that the prison what I'm talking about plays sometimes role of realistic museum I passed through the prison gate (hopefully two times). Then I was walking along corridors, I was visiting cells, I was looking for characters left by prisoners. Finally I took number of pictures showing that the prison is really awful place.

Idea to show awful place only was for me too trivial. It was the reason that I decided to create from selected pictures short novellas. Now I show you two novellas under common title: 'The ways to freedom'.

The first one is in half optimistic, the second is fully pessimistic.

In the first novel an important role plays color. I hope you understand leading thought of this novel around the color.

The second novel is more obvious.

I can't say: enjoy my pictures.

I'm saying: think about it !
