The project consisted of creating a series of illustrations and texts to decorate and theme 7 rooms of Kosmoplaz hotel in Mykonos, with the concept of old occupations that were common in the island of Mykonos, and have largely become obsolete. Each room had to portray one of these professions.
The illustrations had to follow the aesthetics of the interiors, so a big part of the work consisted of studying the 3d models of the rooms and communicating closely with the interior designer, to find the appropriate style.
The designs follow simple geometric shapes, with elements such as textures, colours and patterns that would reflect the nostalgic and vintage character of the professions.
