These creatives are part of an Employer Branding Campaign that I had crafted for Lenskart - India's No. 1 Optical Brand. I centered my campaign around a patriotic theme - as the T.G. (target audiences for the said campaign) themselves were a highly patriotic and inspired bunch.
Lenskart primarily wanted to hire Store Managers and Optometrists here - whilst also positioning themselves as a brand that cared (for their countrymen). So I decided to step into the shoes of a storyteller yet again, only to throw the spotlight on some of Lenskart's key initiatives towards helping India see better. These were the end results of things!
